We have different levels of verification (KYC) status depending on the requirements of the many Payment Service Providers we work with. Players may need to submit additional supporting documents after completing their first verification (KYC). This is usually due to our third-party vendor company requiring our players to provide additional documents to ensure they are the legitimate account-holder as well as to adhere to anti-money laundering procedures that are set in place. In order to continue using our cashier facilities, we require you to submit the following documents:
1. Photographic ID: A front and back copy of a current photographic ID with your name and date of birth on it. Please ensure that the details are visible on the document and the full document has to be in the picture.
Photographic ID must be valid and have an expiration date on it. Below are the accepted form of identification:
- Driver's License
- Residence Cards
- National or other government-issued identification card
- If you do not have a statement under your name, you can provide your utility bill under your parents or landlord's name along with your birth certificate or rental agreement.
- Please ensure the address in your statement matches with the address in your personal information stated in your Natural8 account (settings > My Page > My Account > My Info).
