Why use 2FA?

2FA is meant to protect your account from unauthorized login. Without 2FA, anyone that has your login credentials can gain access to your account. With 2FA, you can choose a desired level of security that suits your preference between convenience and security.

What options are available for 2FA?

You can use your verified email address, verified mobile number or Google Authenticator as 2FA options.

How do I activate 2FA?

Example of how to enable Google Authenticator for your 2FA:

What are the different security level options?

Off - no authentication on any login attempt.
Low - a notification will be sent upon suspicious login activity.
Medium - 2FA is required upon suspicious login activity.
High - 2FA is required upon every login attempt.

What constitutes a suspicious login?

When a login attempt comes from an unusual location, the login will be considered suspicious.

I am not receiving my 2FA code?

It can take up to 5 minutes for the code to reach you. Do not make multiple requests as it will slow the process down. If you are unable to receive the code after multiple attempts, please contact our customer service via our webchat or email us at [email protected].
