There is a 1% fee for EV Cashout for all games (included in calculation as 99% of the cashout amount)

Cashout amount = [(Pot amount - rake - jackpot fee) x Equity] x 99%
$81.94 = [($100 - $2 - $0.50) x 84.9%] x 99%
