After registering to the tournament in question, click on the Sell My Action button.

Once you have set the shares to sell, purchase cap and markup, you must tick the I wish to share prizes for my re-entries using the Share Dilution method to sell your action for multiple entries. You can confirm that you are selling actions for multiple entries by checking the tournament's staking window to confirm that the Share Dilution icon appears next to your name.
