What is Short Deck Hold'em (6+)?

Short Deck Hold’em is an action game very similar to Texas Hold’em where everyone is dealt two cards, except they're not coming out of a standard deck. Every card two (2) through five (5) is removed, so the deck is 36 cards deep instead of the usual 52.
