I am unable to install the client/app

If you are having trouble installing the app, please check that your device's security settings is not blocking or deleting the installer.

If you have previously installed the app, please conduct a clean install by following these steps:

1) Reboot

2) Completely remove the Natural8 client

2a) Uninstall via the normal process

2b) Locate and delete the following folders, if they exist (you can create backup copies in case of issues)

* C:\Program Files (x86)\Natural8

* C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Natural8

* C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Natural8

* Search in your Windows (C:) folders for any remaining Natural8 files and delete them

3) Re-download the client installer via the links below:

Mobile download link (IOS), please set your default browser to Safari first: https://download.good-game-network.com/mobile-page/natural8?lang=en

4) Re-install

5) Reboot
