At a Natural8 Hold'em/Omaha Cash table, any player can blind raise (straddle) before hole cards are seen regardless of the table position. At this point, you will also be presented the 'No Look All In' option.

First, you will need to check the 'Straddle' box to post a straddle on the next hand.

Once the straddle amount is announced, players are given a limited amount of time to post another straddle bet or even go all-in (this is called the “No-Look All-in”).
