The player that is eliminated just before reaching In The Money (ITM) is often referred to as the Bubble. Bubble Protection provides the player who gets eliminated on the bubble a Buy-In protection, meaning the player will receive their Buy-In back in the event they get knocked out on the bubble.

As at 28th March 2025, Blind-up can optionally be based on Hand Count rather than Blind-Up time limits.
