I am unable to launch/open the app

If you are unable to launch the app for any reason, please reinstall the app with the following clean install steps:

1) Reboot

2) Completely remove the Natural8 client

2a) Uninstall via the normal process

2b) Locate and delete the following folders, if they exist (you can create backup copies in case of issues)

* C:\Program Files (x86)\Natural8

* C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Natural8

* C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Natural8

* Search in your Windows (C:) folders for any remaining Natural8 files and delete them

3) Re-download the client installer via the links below:

Mobile download link (IOS), please set your default browser to Safari first: https://download.good-game-network.com/mobile-page/natural8?lang=en

4) Re-install

5) Reboot

The installation and update of the app might take a few minutes to complete depending on the strength of your connection.
