Step 1: A pop up about trying to download configuration will appear, select Allow.
Step 2: Go to phone Settings > Profile Downloaded > Install
Step 3: You will be directed to a webpage, do not tap anything and wait for the pop up. When it appears asking to open on iTunes, select Yes.
Step 4: Select Install again and wait for the app to finish downloading on your app homepage (exit the web).
For iPad, please go to Settings >> Safari >> Request Desktop Website >> turn off "All Website"
