Maintenance window: Friday, 2 October 2026, 05:00 – 09:00 UTC (approximately 4 hours)
Natural8 will undergo scheduled maintenance to roll out our latest update. During this window, the platform and all games will be temporarily unavailable on both desktop and mobile.
Please wrap up any active sessions before maintenance begins. Timings may be adjusted if needed. Any changes will be announced in-client.
After maintenance, please update your app or desktop client to the latest version to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What's New — Highlights
C$ (Cash Dollar) is now P$ (Poker Dollar)
To make room for a new Casino Dollar coming in a future update, the C$ currency used in Poker has been renamed to P$ (Poker Dollar). This is a name change only. Your balance and how the currency works stay exactly the same.
You'll see the new name in your Wallet, the buy-in screen, and anywhere prizes were previously paid in C$.
New tournament format: Ocean K.O
A new progressive bounty format with a random prize twist. Every player starts as an Egg and evolves through 14 ocean-themed tiers, from Fry all the way up to Legendary Shark, with each knockout.
Every knockout triggers a Submarine roulette that reveals a random bounty prize. Half of the prize goes straight to your balance, and the other half is added to your own bounty.
Knocking out higher-tier players unlocks bigger payouts, with multipliers from x0.4 up to x400. The tournament winner also receives an extra random prize based on their final bounty.
Tier icons are shown at the table, and a new Field tab in the tournament lobby shows how many players are at each tier.
Gold Grab: our new $2.3M casino promotion
Gold Grab replaces Casino Royale as our main monthly casino promotion and runs in four weekly cycles throughout October (starting 2 October). It features three ways to win:
Gold Grab Leaderboard ($1M per month): earn Gold as you play and climb the weekly leaderboard.
Highest RTP Leaderboard ($1M per month): ranked by your best daily RTP, with prizes based on your average bet multiplied by your rank's multiplier (up to $10,000 per prize).
Daily Raffle ($10K per day): earn 1 raffle ticket for every $1,000 bet, up to 10 tickets per day.
All casino games are eligible, except those featured in Spooky Spin Fest.
Spooky Spin Fest: $100K Halloween promotion
A weekly Points Challenge on selected Halloween-themed slots. Earn 1 point for every $1 wagered, and the higher the stage you reach, the bigger your prize, up to $10,000.
Casino promotion prize update
All casino promotion prizes, including Gold Grab and Spooky Spin Fest, are now paid as 50% cash and 50% Casino Bonus, with just x1 wagering and no cap on winnings.
Pragmatic Play's Daily Wins continues. Casino Royale, Le Grand Heist, STEP'N GO, Gates to Riches, Raining Hongbao and Rollin' Riches have now ended.
#ThanksGG Casino Freeroll
Maximum participation has doubled from 500 to 1,000 players per tournament.
New casino games
Hungry Frog: a new Snapgame original on a 7x7 tumbling reels slot, with up to a x77 multiplier in Free Spins on top of x100 Wild multipliers.
Disco Cat Witch Mode and Dancing Gorilla Vampire Mode: Halloween editions of two favorites, made for Spooky Spin Fest.
Over 140 new slots are arriving on Natural8.
Tournament improvements
New Phase Tournament structure: in selected Phase Tournaments, after the bubble bursts only the top portion of players advance to Day 2. Players who are eliminated before then receive an instant min-cash, and the rest of the prize pool carries over to Day 2. This launches first on The Weekender.
WSOP Super Pass redemption: your first Super Pass redemption will automatically include hotel accommodation, and any further redemptions will be paid as T$. The redemption deadline is now shown on the WSOP Express Pass screen.
Gameplay & interface improvements
This update includes several quality-of-life improvements across desktop and mobile, most notably:
Ticket List buy-in: buying in from the Ticket List now defaults to 1 table instead of matching the number of tickets you hold, so you won't use tickets by accident. You can also switch off ticket use and pay with another currency (except for Cash Game Group Join).
Faster unregister notice: if you can't unregister because you've already won a satellite seat, you'll now see that message right away.
Tournament break banners: promotional banners now appear on the tournament break screen.
Clearer buy-in amounts (mobile): buy-in amounts in the Tournament List now use a new text color that's easier to read.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I lose my C$ balance when it becomes P$?
No. Your balance carries over in full. Only the name changes, and P$ works exactly as C$ did.
What happens to games or tournaments running during the maintenance window?
The platform will be unavailable during maintenance, so please finish any active sessions beforehand. We recommend not registering for tournaments that would still be running when maintenance starts.
Do I need to do anything?
After maintenance ends, update your Natural8 app or desktop client to the latest version. That's it, you're ready to play.
The maintenance is taking longer / I can't log in after 09:00 UTC. What should I do?
