What's New — Highlights
Honeymoon promotion renewal
The Honeymoon promotion for new players has been refreshed with more rewards (earn up to $400 by completing all missions), a wider variety of missions at an easier overall difficulty, extra time to complete Day 1 missions, and an improved interface.

New WSOP Online promotions
A series of WSOP Online promotions is arriving, including the $3M Continental Flipout, a $30K Super Pass for Bracelet Event winners, and a $1M Ranking Freeroll. Full details, dates, and eligibility for each are available on their individual promotion pages.
Buy-in Discount Tickets
A new type of ticket that reduces the buy-in amount on eligible Cash Games, Tournaments, and Sit & Go games. Available tickets will appear at the buy-in screen when you register.
Gameplay & interface improvements
This update includes a range of quality-of-life improvements across desktop and mobile, most notably:
Picture-in-Picture (mobile): keep watching your active table in a floating window while you browse the lobby or other menus. Tables in PiP mode are spectate-only; disable PiP to act on your hand.
Standardized Tournament Clock: the WSOP-style tournament clock is now used consistently across all products.
Dynamic Avatar Emojis: selected avatars can now express emotions with animated emojis.
Time Bank Card update: a refreshed, easier-to-read design with improved manual and auto-use behavior.
Unified tournament list: Poker and Casino tournaments can now be viewed and searched together in a single list.
Chip Shuffle & table menu changes: updated controls for activating chip shuffle and a rearranged in-table menu.
Pull-to-Refresh (mobile): refresh your player status with a simple pull-down gesture.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my current Honeymoon progress carry over after maintenance?
Yes. If you opted in to Honeymoon and have missions in progress at the time of maintenance, your opt-in and current progress will be kept, and you'll be able to complete the promotion. Any missions in progress will keep their status through the maintenance, and new Honeymoon missions and rewards will apply afterward.
What happens to games or tournaments running during the maintenance window
The platform will be unavailable during maintenance, so please finish any active sessions beforehand. We recommend not registering for tournaments that would still be running when maintenance starts.
Do I need to do anything?
After maintenance ends, update your Natural8 app or desktop client to the latest version. That's it — you're ready to play.
The maintenance is taking longer / I can't log in after 09:00 UTC. What should I do?
Maintenance times are estimates and can occasionally run over. If you're unable to access the platform after the scheduled window, please check for in-client announcements or contact our Support team.
