What is Escrow Trade?
An escrow trade is a transaction where a neutral third party (Natural8) temporarily holds funds or assets until all conditions of the contract are met. This safeguards both the buyer and seller, ensuring that payment is only released when the promised goods are satisfactorily delivered.
Is there a charge or fee for using Escrow Trade?
Players are not charged a fee for using Escrow Trading.
Where is Escrow Trade available?

Where is Escrow Trade located?
If available, players can find the Escrow section within their Cashier, meaning all players must be logged into their Natural8 account to access the market.
Escrow Trades and Limits
The amounts players can trade will be tied to their KYC (Verification) limit. Trades exceeding this limit will not be possible.
What items can be traded?
Players can trade Cash, tickets and promotional currencies (Tournament Dollars [T$] and Cash Dollars [C$]).
Where can listings be found?
All current available listings can be found in the Cashier > Escrow Trade tab.
Creating a listing for trade
Players can create a listing for a trade in the Cashier > Escrow Trade > Create tab
They will be prompted to select:
Which item(s) they wish to trade
The asking price
Any other specific details they deem necessary
Once this has been confirmed the item(s) will be removed into Escrow and can no longer be used.
Example: Player A creates a listing for selling their GGMasters $150 ticket and confirms the asking price of T$148. The Escrow trade becomes listed and the ticket is removed from their account into Escrow until the ticket is traded for T$ or Player A unlists the trade offer.
Trade Chat
A trade chat will open once a buyer confirms interest in the deal.
The Seller can either Start Escrow Transaction or cancel the trade.
The buyer must wait for the seller to 'Start Escrow Transaction' before sending the payment.
Purchasing an item(s)
Players looking to purchase an item listed for sale can visit Cashier > Escrow Trade to view current listings.
After selecting their item, they will enter the Trade Chat with the Seller.
Once agreed, and the buyer sends the funds, the trade will proceed.
Waiting for Payment
Begins once the seller starts the escrow transaction.
Once the payment request is sent - a time limit of 30 minutes to 24 hours is set.
The selected time limit is shown to both parties and defines how long the buyer has to make the payment.
Once the buyer marks the payment limit as completed, the time limit stops.
If the buyer fails to mark the payment as completed, the trade is automatically cancelled.
The seller can complete the trade once the payment is confirmed, even if the buyer has not marked the payment as completed.
Waiting for Approval
Begins once a buyer has marked the payment as completed. At this stage, the buyer has declared that payment has been sent and is now awaiting the seller to confirm it.
The seller must review receipt of the payment and either complete the trade or request a cancellation if payment was not received.
The trade is not processed until the seller has confirmed.
If the seller does not confirm the payment, the buyer can open a dispute 30 minutes after marking the payment as completed.
Trade Complete
A system message will explain how the trade was closed.
It will be marked as one of the following:
Successful completion
Cancellation
Timeout
Dispute Resolution
Pending cancellation
This will begin when the seller requests cancellation because the payment has not been confirmed.
The trade will not be cancelled immediately, as the buyer is given a 24 hour grace period to respond.
During this period, the seller can complete the trade if payment is received.
The seller may also withdraw the cancellation request before the trade is cancelled.
Buyers can open a dispute immediately, if they do not open a dispute within 24 hours, the trade is automatically cancelled.
Open Dispute
Buyers can open disputes if the seller claims funds have not been received.
Once a dispute is opened, both parties can submit the reasons, descriptions and supporting evidence.
After a review, the trade will either be cancelled or completed.
