Permanently relocating to another country

If you are planning (or already have) relocation to another country to which Natural8 provides service you need to let us know as soon as possible. Depending on which country you are relocating to, you may need to create a new profile for that country under your GGPass account to ensure that you and Natural8 comply with local regulations and our terms of service.

If you need to create a new profile, please make sure the following steps are complete.

  • All T$/C$/Tickets in your account must be used, as these are not transferable.

  • All unclaimed Fish Buffet rewards must be collected and converted into cash balance. Unredeemed Fish Points are not transferable.

  • Cash Balance must be withdrawn via your last deposit method (If your balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount, please let us know, and we can arrange a manual withdrawal)

  • Provide proof of your address in your new country of residence (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement, property purchase).

Once you have completed these steps please get in touch with your local support team, who will advise you of the next steps.
